September 25, 2002 - Etheric Web Legion on Hold
I am going to be taking a one month break on Etheric Web Legion. Once things slow down here in the house of ink I will be resuming my regular schedule. Thanks for reading and I hope to see you back here when the strip resumes.

Today is the launch of my strip,
Etheric Web Legion — The Reboot. I am calling it a reboot because it's a
reworking of an old strip i did back in 1996. The original series was an everyday
exercise of doing 1 page in an hour. This resulted in a very stream of consciousness
writing style that I enjoyed, but the art had always looked way to rushed for
my taste. Which brings us to the reboot with cleaner more defined art and that
wonderful color that is so cheap in web-publishing. I am keeping the old
strip up so the curious can read and compare with the new one. |
